“Now DDC must show Proof of Proposal Concept in a small scale Prototype to be considered for their Shasta County’s Prime Location.

To do this, we need:

1. YOUR SIGNATURE on the PETITION to approve a test case of the comprehensive Tent Entry level format so needed by the Neurodivergent Chronic Homeless to address their unique struggles and release their unique potential in their DDC designed  for their accountable & self-motivated development.

2. Your Empowering Donation
   Although this pilot project will only serve up to 7 individuals that represent different needs and stages of development, including a camp only veteran, many high priority Safety and Security expenses, like paid Security Guards, will be the same for those few as for the full final capacity of 300. When the pilot project has achieved the success of stated goals and we are authorized to move to the final site, all tents, structures and equipment will be transferred to the new permanent site. There will be a full accounting of donations and expenditures.

So these “Diamonds in the Rough” May be polished into Community Assets. For many, simply your interest in listening to them for understanding, nonjudgmentally, may be a first time experience, giving them hope in their essential worthiness as divergent human beings.
